    Is it protected to put my Visa number into this site?

    We don't store any of your Visa data (that is dealt with by our processor, Stripe, the best and quite possibly the most secure in the business). We never had a solitary occurrence of online misrepresentation up until now and we won't ever impart your own data to any other person.

    How fast is your delivery to USA?

    Our delivery is extremely fast and  FREE! It takes around 1-2 days for us to pick and pack your order then it should arrive within 3-4 business days after that!

     

    When will my order be shipped?

    Orders will be shipped in 3-4 working days. Order cut off time is 3pm every weekday.

     

    Can I return my product?
    Yes we accept returns on all products within a 30 day order window time frame.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Please email support@tropicals-store.com for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number. Make sure it is within the 24 hour time frame of you ordering.

    If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.

    Absolutely! We serve customers from all over the world. In order for us to do so without any hiccups, please make sure that all of your checkout information is entered correctly.

    Order processing takes 1-5 business days before shipment. 


    Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

    UK: 15-25 business days
    Australia: 15-25 business days

    Rest of world: 25-35 business days





    The products we offer are made and shipped from all over the world, including the US, Europe, Russia and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices, while ensuring the highest level of quality.

    We can not accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process 24 hours after the purchase. Please still contact us, we will do our best to help you out.



    If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please Contact Us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

    Most of the time we will ship your products in the same group. However, if there is an extremely high demand of a product you ordered, it may arrive later than the other product(s) you ordered.

    We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account.
